Swedes hold that homosexuals can now marry for civil

Swedish homosexuals and their relationships can be formalized in a marriage, thanks to new rules adopted a month ago, which entered into force this Saturday, but must wait at least several months if they hold a religious ceremony.
The positions range from problems with the acceptance of homosexual marriage in the imgrestemples, which defends the diocese of Lund; to seek a theological discussion on this, as in Uppsala, which are in favor of two different ceremonies, such as the Växjö, or adapt those defending the current ritual.
The discussions within the Swedish Lutheran Church are more nuanced, questions of the use of the word "marriage" - which otherwise, because it was one of the first in the world to accept a special ritual of blessing for gay registered as unmarried in 2005 and came into force a year later.
Regardless of the decision of the Church, homosexual couples must meet only one requirement to join as civil, the same as those of heterosexuals: an official certificate showing that none of the parties is a minor or is already married and that are not first-degree relatives.
